The Sailaway Logbook 2007 2007 was our first year of full time cruising, we left Liverpool with an open mind unsure as to what lay ahead for us except for open seas and many new places to visit. Sailaway was ready as far as our experience could tell us but we knew changes would be required as we logged up the miles. Our journey began in Liverpool, taking us along the Welsh coast over the Irish Sea to Eire. Traveling south down the coastline, we re-crossed the Irish Sea to Milford Haven. Onward we went sailing down the Cornish coast then over to France. The journey continued down the French coast to Northern Spain with us deciding to winter in La Coruna. In October we returned to the UK to visit friends and family, over visit starts at Liverpool, traveling north to the Newcastle area, then south to Watford (North London).
